VPSA Oxygenerator
The VPSA Oxygen Generator is a pressurized adsorption and vacuum extraction oxygen generator. Air enters the adsorption bed after compression. A special molecular sieve selectively adsorbs nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water from the air. The molecular sieve is then desorbed under vacuum conditions, recycling high purity oxygen (90-93%). VPSA has a low energy consumption, which decreases with increasing plant size.
Shanghai LifenGas VPSA oxygen generators are available in a wide range of models. A single generator can produce 100-10,000 Nm³/h of oxygen with 80-93% purity.
