On October 9, 2022, Shanghai LifenGas and Yuze Semiconductor Co., Ltd. signed an important contract for a set of argon gas recovery unit at the specified capacity 7000Nm3/h. After 10 months of good mutual cooperation and hard work, the equipment outlined in the agreement was accepted and qualified on August 5, 2023.
The joint efforts of both parties have led to significant breakthroughs in bilateral cooperation. So far, Yuze Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Shanghai LifenGas Co., Ltd. have collaborated on 5 equipment setups, consisting of 4 argon recovery units and 1 high-purity nitrogen generator. These setups are located at Wenshan's 7000Nm3/h ARU, Chuxiong's 5200Nm3/h ARU, 7000Nm3/h ARU, 700Nm3/h HPN, and Dongchuan's 8200Nm3/h ARU. These pieces of equipment will be crucial in Yuze Semiconductor's production process, enhancing efficiency, minimizing costs, and establishing a strong foundation for the company's sustainable growth.
