This set of equipment adopts the fourth-generation processes of hydrogenation and deoxygenation, nitrogen removal by cryogenic distillation, and independent intellectual property rights. The process is shortened, the purity of argon is higher, and the content of oxygen and nitrogen is much lower than the national standard, which can prolong the life cycle of the furnace. The new technology costs less than previous generations of argon recovery technology.

The project has a tight construction schedule, heavy tasks, complex technology, high quality and safety management requirements, and a short design and material procurement cycle. Shanghai LifenGas adopts scientific management methods to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
In 2022, due to the impact of the epidemic, the project was postponed for nearly 2 months and resumed on November 25. In order to ensure that the project produces gas on schedule, Shanghai LifenGas formulated a detailed construction plan and organized additional manpower, which greatly increased the likelihood that the argon recovery unit would smoothly produce the purified argon gas.
