On April 11, 2023, Jiangsu Jinwang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Sichuan LifenGas Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the LFVO-1000/93 VPSA Oxygen Generator project with a liquid oxygen backup system. The contract encompassed two components: the VPSA oxygen generator and the liquid oxygen backup system. The main technical specifications for the oxygen generator were:
- Oxygen output purity: 93% ± 2%
- Oxygen capacity: ≥1000Nm³/h (at 0°C, 101.325KPa).
Following the completion of the owner's civil foundation work, our company began installation on March 11, 2024, and completed it on May 14.
On November 4, 2024, once commissioning conditions were met, the owner requested LifenGas to begin the commissioning process. As per the owner's specifications, the liquid oxygen backup system was commissioned first, with liquid oxygen filling officially completed on November 11. This timely oxygen supply enabled smooth commissioning of the owner's furnace workshop equipment.
The VPSA oxygen generator commissioning followed. Despite encountering several challenges during commissioning due to extended equipment storage at the site, LifenGas's specialized adjustments resolved these issues. The commissioning was successfully completed on December 4, 2024, initiating official gas supply.
After commencement, both the VPSA oxygen generator and liquid oxygen backup system operated efficiently, with performance indicators exceeding design specifications. This met all requirements for the owner's furnace shop equipment and ensured uninterrupted production operations.
