China General Machinery Industry Association hosted an evaluation meeting on “Photovoltaic Industry Argon Recovery Technology and LFAr-10000 Argon Recovery Device” jointly produced by Shanghai LifenGas Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lifen Energy Technology Co., LTD on June 6, 2023. Mr. Jiang Ming, Chairman of China General Machinery Industry Association’s Gas Separation Equipment Branch, presided over the evaluation meeting.
The expert group of the evaluation committee includes representatives from Beijing University of Science and Technology, Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Group CO., LTD (Hangyang), Sichuan Air Separation Plant(Group) Co.Ltd (SASPG), Energy Gas Institute of MCC Jingcheng Engineering Technology Co. (CERI), Hebei Hongke Qingneng environmental protection equipment Co., LTD (HKQN), LONGi Green Energy Technology Co.,Ltd, and others.
“Photovoltaic Industry Argon Recovery Technology and LFAr-10000 Argon Recovery Device”, each equipment is precisely designed and optimized to meet the needs of the photovoltaic industry and the characteristics of the exhaust gas, providing cost-effective equipment that can operate at 30%-110% variable load range; It was created the argon rectification process without expansion machine for cold energy generation and recovery of liquid argon cooling capacity. There are two process choices based on the oxygen to CO ratio in the flue gas: with or without hydrogen.
The evaluation committee believes that the PV industry argon recovery technology and the LFAr-10000 argon recovery device jointly developed by Shanghai Lifen Gas Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lifen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. are the first in China, have reached the domestic leading level and have broad application prospects, and it is recommended to promote the use of these technologies.
