“Honghua” High Nitrogen Generator Successfully Supplies the Gas-Significant Achievements

Recently, the Honghua High-purity Nitrogen Project, which has garnered significant industry attention, has been successfully put into operation. From the project’s inception, Shanghai LifenGas maintained a commitment to innovation, supported by efficient execution and excellent teamwork. Their impressive achievements in air separation technology have injected new energy into the industry’s development.

The Honghua High-purity Nitrogen Project installation officially launched in November 2024. Despite facing challenges including tight deadlines and resource limitations, the project team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and responsibility. Through strategic resource management, they overcame these obstacles and ensured steady progress throughout the project timeline.

After two months of intensive installation, the project successfully delivered a high-nitrogen plant (KON-700-40Y/3700-60Y) with a capacity of 3,700 Nm³/h of gaseous nitrogen. On March 15, 2025, the plant began official gas supply to the customer. The contract nitrogen purity is O₂ content ≦3ppm, the contract oxygen purity is ≧93%, but the actual nitrogen purity is ≦0.1ppmO₂, and the actual oxygen purity reaches 95.6%. The actual values are much more better than the contracted ones.
